Returns Policy

Everything you need to know about returning an order.

At NISHE, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchases. We understand, however, that you may change your mind about an order. As a consumer, you retain the right to withdraw from a distance contract and return the products you purchased within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

1. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered. The fragrance bottle must remain completely sealed. The special seal on the bottle cap must not have been tampered with, cut, removed or altered in any way. For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for fragrances that have been opened, unsealed or used (even for a single spray).

In accordance with Article 3(ib), paragraph (e) of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection (as amended and in force, in harmonization with Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.

If we receive a returned fragrance that has been tampered with or shows signs of use, the product will be returned to the customer at their own shipping cost and no refund will be issued.

2. Refunds

Once we receive the returned product and confirm that the security seal remains intact, we will proceed with refunding its value. The refund will be completed within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for your original transaction.
